Science Leagues reserves the right to change the date, venue, or format of the conference if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants via email or phone.
Attendees must adhere to professional conduct and avoid any disruptive or inappropriate behavior during the event.
Participants must carry a valid ID for entry into the conference venue.
If conference kits are unavailable at the event, they will be dispatched to participants after the conference.
Latecomers will not be permitted to present or participate in the event.
Science Leagues reserves the right to use conference photos and videos for promotional activities.
If a conference is canceled or rescheduled, Science Leagues will not be responsible for travel refunds, but registration fees may be refunded based on the refund policy.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days. Transaction charges will be borne by the participant.
Science Leagues reserves the right to blacklist individuals or institutions involved in misconduct, misinformation, or violations of conference policies.
All submitted papers must be original and unpublished before or after the conference.
Authors and co-authors must inform their respective institutions (heads, supervisors, or guides) about their paper submissions.
All author and co-author details, including affiliations, must be correctly stated in the submitted paper.
Papers submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Science Leagues will not publish or share authors’ email addresses publicly.
Changes to author details post-registration require written consent from all listed authors.
Papers will not be published without completed registration.
The submitting author is assumed to be the original author. Science Leagues does not verify authorship disputes.
If plagiarism is detected and verified, the paper will be removed from publication.
Papers removed due to violations will not be republished or redistributed.
Obtaining a visa for conference attendance is the sole responsibility of the participant.
Papers submitted only as abstracts will not be considered for journal publication.
All papers are screened for plagiarism. Submissions exceeding the acceptable similarity threshold will require modifications.
If plagiarism is detected before publication, the paper will be either revised or rejected.
If plagiarism is identified in a published paper, it will be removed until the issue is resolved.
Papers with major plagiarism violations will be permanently removed, and the authors may be blacklisted.
Reusing previously published work without significant modification is considered plagiarism and will be subject to penalties.
Science Leagues has the right to select papers for publication in affiliated journals.
Authors seeking publication in indexed journals (e.g., Scopus, SCI) will bear the associated fees.
Registration fees are non-refundable if a paper is not selected for journal publication.
Papers selected for journal publication must be extended by at least 20% before submission.
The editorial board reserves the right to reject papers during the review process.
Science Leagues operates as an independent entity and is not affiliated with any university or institution.
Science Leagues adheres to its own regulations and reserves the right to withdraw papers or cancel registrations if necessary.
Any disputes related to Science Leagues events will be handled under the jurisdiction of Chennai courts.
Science Leagues may remove papers or participants from events without prior notice in case of rule violations.
If Science Leagues cancels an event, the full registration fee will be credited for future conferences within one year.
If an event is postponed and the participant cannot attend on the new dates, the full registration fee will be credited for a future event.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the conference: full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 30-60 days: 50% refund.
Cancellations within 30 days: No refund.
Virtual participation fees are non-refundable.
Once an official invitation letter is issued, no refund will be provided. Non-attendance for personal reasons does not qualify for a refund, but credit may be given for future participation.
Participants are responsible for their travel and accommodation arrangements.
Fully paid registrations can be transferred to another individual from the same organization.
Science Leagues does not communicate with embassies or consulates for visa applications. Participants must handle their own visa and travel processes.
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to events@researchfora.net.
