1. Be a Keynote Speaker
Advisory Board members may be invited to serve as keynote speakers, sharing their insights and expertise on the conference theme or related topics.

2. Understand Conference Responsibilities
Familiarize yourself with the key tasks and responsibilities associated with your role as an Advisory Board member.

3. Identify and Engage Leading Experts
Actively seek out and engage with renowned experts in scientific fields to participate in the conference. Leverage the Science Leagues'
network to facilitate the involvement of potential keynote speakers, session chairs, and panelists.
Ensure the conference program aligns with the overarching objectives and reflects cutting-edge developments in relevant disciplines.
4. Develop Presentation and Engagement Strategies
Collaborate with the conference team to design strategies that promote interactive and engaging presentations.
Foster dynamic interactions among attendees and speakers, creating a platform for meaningful dialogue and networking.
5. Select Preeminent Keynote Speakers
Contribute to the selection of world-class keynote speakers who will bring invaluable insights to the conference,
ensuring that they represent the forefront of academic and scientific research.
6. Oversee Conference Tasks and Deadlines
Take an active role in monitoring the progress of conference activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and that deadlines are met according
to the conference schedule.
Work collaboratively with other Advisory Board members and conference staff to ensure smooth operations before and during the event.
7. Contribute to Publicity and Outreach
Collaborate with the Project Manager and communication teams to manage the publicity of the conference.
Assist with the development and distribution of promotional materials such as social media campaigns, website content, flyers, and posters to ensure consistent messaging and widespread engagement
8. Engage and Support Local Researchers
Identify and support local researchers, providing them with opportunities to participate in the conference and benefit from its academic network.
Facilitate collaboration and engagement between local and international researchers, ensuring a diverse and inclusive academic exchange.
