Registration Information – Science Leagues Conferences
We offer flexible and secure registration options for participants of the Science Leagues Conference 2025.
You can complete your registration via Online Payment, Bank Transfer, or PayPal.
Payment Methods:
Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card):
Register and pay securely using Credit/Debit Cards via our online payment system.
Bank Transfer:
For Bank Transfer payments, please contact our Conference Coordinator at 1 2183535717 or email info@scienceleagues.com to obtain the necessary account details before proceeding.
PayPal:
For PayPal payments, please contact us at info@scienceleagues.com to get the PayPal payment details.
Once registered, please ensure you send your payment receipt or transaction proof to info@scienceleagues.com for verification.
Important Registration Notes:
Step 1: Registration Fee and Payment
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and be included in the technical presentation.
If an author has more than one accepted paper, a discount will be applied to additional paper registrations.
Maximum Number of Authors/Co-authors:
A maximum of five authors/co-authors are allowed per paper. For any additional co-authors, an additional fee will apply.
Late Registration Fee:
Students registering late will incur an additional charge.
Registration Confirmation:
After completing the payment, participants are required to send the scan copy of the registration fee receipt or transaction proof to info@scienceleagues.com on or before the
last date of registration. No registration will be entertained after the last date.
Step 2: Registration Form/Copyright Transfer
Authors/Listeners must fill out and submit the completed registration form to the official conference email address for registration confirmation.
Step 3: Camera-Ready Paper Submission
Submit your camera-ready paper in Microsoft Word DOC or DOCX format by the deadline. Any modifications to the paper must be made before the last date of registration.
Step 4: Registration Confirmation
Once payment and the registration form are received, a confirmation will be sent within 2 working days. All authors and listeners must confirm the final schedule and venue details before traveling to the conference
