For international participants, an invitation letter will be provided to assist with visa applications. This letter serves as an official confirmation that your paper submission and registration have been processed by the Science Leagues Conference organizers. Please note, the invitation letter does not guarantee that your visa will be approved.

• Issuance of Invitation Letters:
  Invitation letters will be issued only after full payment and complete registration have been received. The letter will be delivered via email.
• Required Documents for Requesting an Invitation Letter:

• The Science Leagues Conference organizing committee does not have any influence over the visa decision or processing times at embassies and consulates.
• Visa approval is solely determined by the relevant embassy or consulate authorities.
• It is highly recommended to apply for your visa well in advance, as processing times can vary.
• If your visa application is declined, Science Leagues Conference cannot intervene or appeal the decision on your behalf.

• Travel & Accommodation Arrangements:
  All participants are responsible for their own visa, travel, and accommodation arrangements. Science Leagues Conference does not provide assistance in organizing these aspects.
• Financial Liability:
  Science Leagues Conference will not be held accountable for any costs incurred due to changes in the conference dates, location, or format.
• Exclusions from Registration Fees:
  Registration fees cover conference participation only and do not include costs for travel, lodging, or any personal expenses.
• Copyright Transfer Form:
  After submitting the article, authors must fill out and submit the Copyright Transfer Form. This is mandatory for transferring the copyright of the paper to the conference for publication.

• No Direct Communication with Embassies:
  Science Leagues Conference will not communicate with embassies or consulates on behalf of participants. It is the responsibility of the participant to manage all aspects of their visa application independently.
• Visa Assistance:
  While the invitation letter can help facilitate the visa application process, Science Leagues Conference cannot guarantee visa approval or take responsibility for visa delays or denials.
• Misuse of Invitation Letter:
  Any unauthorized modifications to the invitation letter or misuse of the document will result in the letter being considered invalid. Participants may face disqualification from the conference and potential legal consequences.
• Acceptance of Terms:
  By accepting the invitation letter, participants agree to comply with international travel regulations and adhere to ethical standards for participation in the conference.
