Please note, your registration payment and membership dues must be completed as two separate transactions.
To complete your registration, first ensure your membership is current. Please see details below to renew your membership or join Science Leagues.
ONE Registration Fee includes the following for the registered Authors and Co authors:
- Welcome reception
- Delegates ID Card
- Conference Folder or Bag
- Participation in the technical program
- Printed Participation & presentation Certificate
- Printed/Online Proceedings of the Conference having ISBN Number
- International Journal Publication as free (Online) after Conference only
- Coffee breaks on the presentation day
- Lunch on the presentation day
- Banquet
Note:Maximum Author and coauthor will be four,if any extra co-author then 100USD/each
Once your paper is accepted the registration process begins. You need to have to complete the following four steps for the registration confirmation.
Step 1: Registration Fee and Proceed for the payment
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Presentation. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, there will be discount on additional papers registration.
In case of First paper, FULL FEE will be charged and in case of additional papers 20% additional discount will be provided from second onwards. (Only if the same author/co-author is being registered for all the papers).

Step 2 : Registration form/Copyright Transfer
It is mandatory to all the Authors/Listeners to send the complete filled up registration form to the official mail id of the Conference for the registration confirmation.

Step 3 : Camera Ready Paper submission
All the paper must be submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format. Any modification must be done before last date of Registration only.
Step 4 : Registration Confirmation
Payment confirmation will be given after getting the full payment proof and Registration form at the official mail ID of Conference within 2 working days. All authors and listeners must take the final schedule and venue details before start the journey to conference.

The registration fees are listed in US Dollars; payment is also required in US Dollars. All participants must pay the applicable registration fees, including workshop speakers, paper presenters, session moderators and conference committee members.

Invitation Letter Request
If you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa to attend ICIS, please follow the steps below:
- Register and complete your payment for your conference registration
- Complete the Invitation Letter Request Form
- Return the completed request form and a copy of your registration confirmation to the Science Leagues registrar at info@scienceleagues.com
